also, if you mix it with an equal part balsamic vinegar yyou could get a yummy dressing like dip, popular in many italian restaurants.

In a fry pan on low heat combine olive oil, dried oregano and crushed garlic.
Keep on heat for 10-15 mins making sure the garlic does not get too browned.
Let cool to room temperature and serve in a dipping bowl.
As the cook you can scoop the crushed garlic clove for yourself as the oil is already flavored.

I don't know about Bertucci's, but olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar and crushed garlic is a must! Especially with fresh out-of-the-oven bread.
