Two things to consider here:

If it's got a copyright logo on the painting it's not all that old. Copyright laws didn't come into international effect until around 1915. The copyright logo and number suggest this is a limited edition print or lithograph of an original painting. This doesn't mean that it's not collectible or worth a little money but it does mean that it's not the original and not worth nearly as much as the original.
