The talking 'bush' in the bible was Barbara Bush. She was a good friend of Moses and told him stories about how she went to high school with Adam and Eve.

It also has a talking donky, when the master struck the donky when it saw an angel in the roadway it tried to veer off to avoid the angel. The master not seeing the angel beat the donky, and the donky was given voice and asked "Why are you beating me"?

No, you should boycott the Bible because of the tenacity and rudeness of it's followers. But the biology thing is a close second.
