He probably did have a quick drink which lasted 10 minutes then he's spent the next 3 hours 50 minutes with a lover.

Hi when a guy goes down to the pub his quick drink is all night. They get talking to other blokes in the pub and then they talk all night. If you worried ring him and see if he is ok. As you never know these days do you, i sometimes worry to. In future why dont you go with him as you are a couple and it could be fun.

A quick drink, Its got to be to have lots of drinks, but down them fast.
One good way to put your boyfriend straight, is next time he asks for a quick one in bed, just remind him that a quickie lasts for 4 hours. Ha!

What are you worried about? Go out and have a "quick drink" with your friends. Don't go to the same pub though unless you want to make a statement.

mans quick drink is watching the footie scores and highlights and rhen the latenight boxing and by then you know your in trouble so you think ahwell mightas well go to the club she might be sleeping at 3 in morning so dont get nagged til sun afternoon

there is no such thing as a quick drink where men are concerned! one drink leads to anougher and then anougher and before they know it they get a taste for the alcohol and loose track of time, and forget they have a girlfriend/wife sat indoors worrying about them. then they stroll in at silly hour with a smug grin on there face and say the most silliest things such has 'honey I'm home', or 'i know i have taking the piss'....... they come home with Curry's or kebabs to get you sweet, try and slobber on you and when you finally give in and are up for the making up side of things, they have one thing on there mind.............. sleep lol.
