Why not get a couple of 3/4 - 1 inch chops and have the butcher slice them for stuffing. Rinse them off with cool water. Pat dry. Lightly spray a baking dish and preheat oven to 375*. Bake your own stuffing or buy some stove-top pork mix. Make the stuffing according to directions and spoon into the pork chops and seal them with toothpicks for baking. I like to make my own stuffing but have made this in a pinch. Serve them with either a baked sweet potato or buttered noodles, a green vegetable like lima or green beans and hot rolls or biscuits. I like to top the meal off with an apple crisp for dessert.

Season your pork chops and dust with flour. Brown them in alittle butter/olive oil, and then put in the sliced onions and then the sliced apples that you peeled and sliced before you browned the pork chops. (as many as you like) Cook the chops till done, take out and keep warm until the onions and apples are cooked till tender or glazed. Serve with mashed potatoes or yams and a green salad. YUM..
