The foolish man seeks happiness in the distance;
the wise man grows it under his feet.

one helps you make a living,
the other helps you make a life.

I have a lot but here are my three favorite:

Life is 10% what happens to you, 90% how you react to it.

Life was never meant to be a struggle, just a gentle progression from one point to another

If you accept full responsibility for your life, you will accept the fact that your destiny is created by you.

"A commitment to justice carries with it an obligation to disobey unjust laws."

He's pretty much saying that, despite what authority stands in your way, you must do the right thing. Like that once scene in Kindergarten Cop where Arnold finds out that one of his students is being beaten by their father and he rushes out to have a brief "parent-teacher conference"/beating with the dad. Man.. I so wanna do that just once when I'm a teacher... ^_^

Corny but romantic -"I look at my myself and see a stone, I look at my friends and see gold, But I look at you, and see a gem"

Meaningful - "All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, to make it possible. "

Funny - ""You gotta figure steak is safer because you figure no one is sticking their fingers in it"

Said by someone i know - "It's not so funny meow is it?"
