COFFEE BLAZER
Granulated sugar
Lemon wedge
3/4 cups kahlua, warmed
3/4 oz. cognac, warmed
Hot coffee, about 6 oz.
Sweetened whipped cream for garnish
mositen rim of a heavy old-fashioned glass or cup by rubbing with lemon. Invert glass in sugar and swirl to coat rim. Hold galss under flame., turning slowly as sugar softens. Pour warmed spirits into large spoon or ladle and ignite. Add flaming spirits to glass, and tilt so flames lick sugar on rim. Filll with hot coffee, and top with heaping tablespoonful of whipped cream.

Mind Eraser (shot)
Layer with a spoon (pour onto spoon and then it slowly fill the shot glass):
1/3 oz. of Kahlua
1/3 oz. of Vodka
1/3 oz. of club soda
Should be drank quickly with a straw. The club soda acts as a chaser. Enjoy!

I like to make blonde Russians with some real kick
Fill a large rocks glass with ice than add:
1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz kahlua
1.5 oz irish cream
then top with half and half or cream
