It's not the price that matters really. It's the quality! How can you know?Ask an expert, many of them and compare your results.I suggest Pantene Prov and Head and shoulders.Ever since I stopped using Pantene Prov and started using Suave I have had a dandruff problem.Suave is the worst and the cost is unbelievable. But when I tried Head and Shoulders My hair completely transformed!I also reccomand Tresseme...............not only is the price affordable,it leaves your hair silky and smooth all DAY!

If you look at the ingrediant label on both the expensive one and the cheaper ones they are identical. You are paying just for the name. If you spend 19 dollars on shampoo and 19 dollars on conditioner, give me your money I will spend it wiser. The 99 cent brand is just as good. They all do the same thing, clean your hair.

It wouldnt matter that much if you used a $0.99 shampoo + Conditioner or 19 dollar ones. You hair will grow out really fast since its short. You'll cut it and you'll have "fresh" hair again. There's no need to worry about expencive conditioners.

The conditioners supplied with hair dyes seem hugely better than any others...I often wish I could buy these alone, but when I dye my hair I can make 1 tube last over many shampoos.

Professional shampoos and conditioners are ultra-concentrated, so you only need a tiny bit to do a lot of work. They do work better, smell better, have cooler products...I could go on forever. Bed Head and Redken are my favorite lines.

The expensive ones definitly make a difference. If you want healthy silky hair try the Chi line by Farouk.

Suave is fine but I reccomend NEXUS. You can buy it at Wal Mart. It works just as well. Why spend more money on something that works just as well as a cheaper brand. Take my advice.

If I were you than I would try both of them and see which one is better, and if they work the same then stick with the cheaper of the two.
