there is this girl in office who has jus joined in last week and I like her. I have jus spoken to her a couple of times and want to take her out. I was not sure if it was too early so jus askd her bout her plans for the weeknd and she replied saying she did not have n e plans, is it an indication dat i can ske her out? should I wait and get more friendly with her before askin or I shud go ahead for the next weeknd. M new to U.S and dont know how girls react....

well, i would expect you to wait at least another week. just don't be too slow. make sure she doesn't have a boyfriend first, theres nothing worse than angry boyfriends or that awkward silence after she's told you she has one.

(1) Your employer MAY have written rules or guidelines stating no romantic relationships are allowed. Find out if they do or not by asking the guys around the place.
(2) If she said she does not have plans, it is not an indication that she wants you to ask her out.
(3) How do you know she is not married, does not have a female partner, and does not have a boyfriend? you probably don't.

properly, i for my section imagine that women could each and every so often ask boys out, in simple terms reason i'm a guy and dont have the heart to ask them out myself. yet i imagine why fairly some the adult males are nervous about asking is about what unusual rumours will be round once he asks. each and every so often it helps if the female asks, it is going to provide the boy a touch vanity.

Ask her out once, but no more than that. Any more than once can be considered sexual harassment. Office relationships can be tricky, so if you do go out, keep it discreet and treat how you would want a man to treat your sister. If things don't work out between you two, you want to part on good terms so things don't get weird at work and so she doesn't ruin your reputation at work.

Generally in the US, we're pretty familiar with being asked out. Its nothing new here. Basically all you need to watch out for is a boyfriend.
That being said, ask her out if you want. Just make sure she's not taken. ^^

Don't ask her out right away. Get to know her first. Laugh with her, talk with her...Just wait it out awhile, and then ask her out.

if you dont ask her you will never know (whats the worst that could happen) well obviously she could say no.....but she may say yes if you dont ask you will never know (pluck up the courage and ask her when shes alone
