Firstly Congratulations on reverting my sister in Islam. Dont worry dear, Ideally the prayer should not be rushed nor too slow as people have work and other things to get on with. Check out this site: http://www.islam-qa.com/index.php?ln=eng and ask any query you have about Islam. Take care Insha'ALLAH...

Since you are new to Islam, and Arabic is more of a new language, there is nothing to it. All you have to do is listen to his reading and try to pay as much attention as you can. By this you will 'in sha'a Allah' be ma'ajoor.
I hope that you will find the peace and help you need.
Jazak Allahu Khara

It isn't your fault. Just follow the steps and listen to the prayers. Inshallah you will get better over time. Glory to God. God bless you for becoming a Muslim.

Listen to his words--------listen and you will learn.
i have the same trouble on Hebrew prayers. But, the beauty of them, the sound of those praying, makes the whole thing complete.
