Maybe finding a roommate to share living expenses would free up more money for the car you must have in order to work.

Dividing rent, electricity, etc. would let you have more flexibility in allocating your salary.

Above all else.......FINISH SCHOOL!!!

Well, firstly, if public transportation is an option, I would stick with that for awhile (or riding a bicycle, or walking). If at all possible, try to just get along without a car. That means no expenses for gas, repairs, or insurance. (Believe me, I drove without insurance and it ended up costing me $2800. Also, if you get in an accident and hurt someone, it could make your school loans look like a pittance.) You could take the money that is saved from not having a car and use it toward paying off some of your debts and fines. Secondly, consider increasing the number of hours you work or trying to find a job that pays more. I wonder if you are in college right now, or if you took out the loans and are no longer in college...if you're still in college, hopefully you are working hard and it will all be worth it--namely, that you will be able to find a job that will allow you to pay your way and pay off the debts.

Buddy,

Cut down ur expenses as much as u can. Remember " A Penny Saved is as good as Penny Earned" especially when u don't have high paying jobs.

I too am in a similar problem but i am finishing school in few months and then i will be able to earn more. in the mean while cut out all possible unnecessary expenses buddy. Just make those necessary expenses and minimize them and share other expenses.

Be independent and do not pass on ur liability to a bank or a friend.Just hang in for a while u Willl be fine soon. Road is tough but u wil enjoy it end of the day when u relies how self-sufficient u have become. U will be more independent buddy and proud of ur own self.

WISH U LUCK.

You may have to just suck it up for a while and take the bus until your situation improves. Seems the auto bills are sucking you dry financially. Get a better paying job and pay your bills till you are a little more caught up, then consider getting your car when it is financially feasable. I don't know what state you live in, but even Starbucks pays more than $7/hr. DO NOT BORROW ANY MORE MONEY! You are depending on a false income when you do that. It will be tough for a couple of months, but worth it in the end.

Minimise your outgoings. Don't run a car -walk - take the bus - scrounge lifts. Reduce spending on everything, Thirsty? Drink water not coke! Cold? Get warm in the library - don't use your own heating. No tobacco, drugs or alcohol. Next maximise income. You have a computer - get an adsense account - don't watch TV blog for fun! Put money in your adsense account . Blog on blogger or Soulcast. Any webspace from your ISP? Use it fill it with advertising and content. Take a look at my 15 Mb website - it isn't full of ads yet - but I'm working on it - you can also read my stuff on blogspot and soulcast. Click a few adverts on my website - especially the ones that say make money blogging on soulcast! Any that mention money take a look! Sell you granny - no hire her out - they are in demand for funerals. Any knowledge or skills you have use them. $7 an hour! I pay more than that to someone to mow my lawn - or is that too difficult? Actually I pay £8 an hour or you could have the job - but the 6,000 miles to work could be a problem! lol I read about an American guy who sold money off coupons on Ebay and people actually bid on them! lol That won't work in England. we're stupid - but not that stupid - but we're working on it....

Definitely finish school! Or else you'll never get out of this money fix! In the meantime, look into government student loans (poor credit may not be a huge deal) in your school's financial aid office, move in on campus and look into doing the jobs that no one else wants to do - like cleaning - and you can make more $$.

Good Luck!

My advise to you is get another job that pays more than 7.00/hour. Make a budget for yourself also. Gas prices and having a car that's not reliable seems to be soaking up alot of your money so take the bus. It doesn't hurt to take public transportation.

Hello,

Have you tried any temp services? They pay a heck of a lot more! I worked for one making 13.00 an hour and did not need any previous experience, just common sense. I hope this helps.
