I believe it is at the age of really 3 1/2 years old because i work with children and always has been i practically raised my cousin up because his mother and father was busy working and i was willing to help out while they worked and now i am at level four of early child hood development and i've baby sat at the age of 13 years old.i was a angel with the children even babies at the month old.My step mom and father even believes that i have abilities to take care of a baby and children when i have my own...but that will be awhile don't get me wrong i want one my own but i just want to find the right person to get pregnant by and who will act a man and take his part in the job.but anyhow good luck and it is 3 1/2 years of age i just looked in my book from school.

The only way is being patient. In my own experience, the first word babies understand is exactly that one. Then they learn to use it and use it against every adult they run into. The baby will learn you'll see.

She should start understand the word 'no' by the tone of your voice. Everything you say to her can't be sounding alike. Make sure you say the word firmly and with some power behind it.

Take her hands off of it while you say it, and try saying it firmly. Dogs learn it fairly fast, it all depends on how much you say it and if you say it the same way every time, while she's doing it.
