my mom has tried to break me and my girlfriend up on numerous ocassions sometimes she makes up things about and me tells my girlfriend why you ask? because she's a white goth girl what should i do to stop my mom from trying to break us both up

First, how old are you? If you are 16 or older, sit down and talk to your mom, not us. Tell her you will be making your own decisions and that she taught you not to lie. Let her know you are disappointed that she is lying to your girlfriend. I know she is probably concerned about the goth thing, but it is not that big a deal. If you are under 16, sit down with mom anyway and ask her why she is doing this. She will undoubtedly tell you that she is worried. Remind her of the values (truth) she taught you and ask if there is anything you can do to stop her fears. Good luck.

I would sit your mom down and tell her you want to talk about the whole issue. Tell her how you feel and let her know that you appreciate her concern for you, but you know what you're doing and you would like her to stop trying to break off something great. Don't put blame anywhere when you talk to her though. If you start saying "you do this" and all that it will just turn into a big nasty fight. Try to stay as neutral as possible and let her know how you feel. Tone of voice is a big key. Good luck :)

This depends upon the ages of you and your girlfriend and upon how much control your mother has over your life. If you're an adult you need to tell mom to butt out ( I'm a mother of teenagers), but if you're a minor you may need to see your girlfriend away from your home if you value the relationship and want to have a less stressful time with your girl.

If youre a teenager then tell your mom to butt out of your business and you can make your own decisions. If youre above 18, then yell and scream till it hits your mom that you can take care of yourself.
