I haven't eaten baked beans for 15 years since First School. We were doing the 5 senses and I was bilndfolded and had to stand in them. The most revolting thing ever. SO Spaghettie all the way!

Are you asking about tinned food ?
If so, neither.

But..if push came to shove, beans, because spaghetti from tins is nothing like spaghetti at all and beans are beans are beans ad infinitum. Boring over loaded with sugar and salt, but nonetheless beans.

Try combining the two it's good. Make chili with beans and add it to spaghetti. Top with cheese and serve with salad.

Spaghetti because Beans make you fart and they make your stomach go all funny!! hehehe.. Spaghetti is nice if cooked with meat and correct bolognes sauce!!
