You have the human right to turn yourself in for violating United States federal law, for disrespecting the nation of the United States, the laws of the United States and every law abiding, tax paying citizen and legal immigrant here, and then you have the human right of being deported back to your own country.
Hopefully you were not using a stolen social security number to work illegally while you were here, in that case you have committed a felony, and you will never be allowed to apply to immigrate legally to the United States, or ever be allowed to become a United States citizen as long as you live.
Better pack your bags.

I don't hate you. Cant you just get deported back to your real country buy a passport and come back? If you haven't got the money for a passport then you have no choice but to stay at your country or get a job and buy one. Passports cost less money than facial reconstructive surgery so it will be easier.

Get yourself into a major car crash and insist to go to county general. However; this isn't a human rights issue. I'm pretty sure you could've lived in this country legally if you actually wanted to. The fact that you are breaking the law unneccessarily makes you a criminal.

Gain by false pretences is in itself reason for deportation.
you have demonstrated that you are not a Worthy person to have in this country.
As to how you can get here legally that is not on now.

i have no problem with LEGAL immigrants,but what makes you think you should be able to enjoy the benefits of MY country without paying taxes like those of us who belong here.in my opinion if you do this and are caught you and your new face should be hung on the courthouse steps.sounds like you are dumb enough that that is all you will understand

Go back to your country, and then work on coming back legally. Why should we pay for your cosmetic surgery when there's millions of Americans who would like cosmetic surgery and we have to pay for it! We already bought you a plane ticket, take advantage of that!
