Flirting is always good, then you ask them out and take them somewhere where you can get to know them better.
...and asking them out is simple as it sounds
"Hey, do you wanna go out tonight/tomorrow/saturday?"
It may be difficult at first but just dive in head first, if she says no its more of a relief then not knowing where you stand.

hey i know this one lol . best thing is to get them alone and look striaght in their eyes and let your heart just flow out with your thoughts . dont think for one minute that this person will think bad of you . its the oppisite they will even if they dont like you back will be glad you did this . writeing letters is ok if your a coward lol but not as personal and lacks feelings that might sway this person . a friend is like a letter but ya run risk that friend might get his attention by doing this for you but yes its better than nothing at all here . if your serious here the very best thing is get up now and go where he is and get er done lol. youll be so much happier afterwards and just look at it as a challenge and win or lose by doing it youll be the winner . good luck

You go and get mime lessons or learn language for the deaf, or you learn the language he speaks. Or ask him to take mind reading lessons so he can know how you feel
