Any guy who went to college in the 1980's to 1990's will tell you this .
Men are now just relearning how to initiate the first kiss but we have got a long road back .
If you want him to make that move you gotta be superflirty and extemely touchy on his arms , shoulders hands .You need to give him a go signal without saying kiss me .
As stupid as this sounds and it does sound stupid , "giggle" giggle like a girly girl while touching him .
Try it out . I gurantee you will get kissed more often .

hmmm sounds like your dateing the right guys here cause most glaiator types usually jump your bones right away . these guys arent sure of themselves and they dont want to get turned away by you . be kind to them and just say heck with it and grab them and kiss em and dont make it a big issue then after that its their turn next . you have the right to make first move if ya want no shame at all . if you hate backwards men then search for guys who demand what they want but be warned they are mostly users here . point is a shy guy will be more what ya make him but a pushy guy cant be changed or reasond with and shy guys last longer while pushy ones come and go lol your choice here good luck
