That question isn't specific enough to give a good answer -- sorry. If you mean the breed that is statistically most apt to bite, cocker spaniels are one of the top ten breeds.
If you mean the dog that can do the most damage, that would be dogs like Rottweilers, pit bulls, akitas, and other breeds that have strong jaws and exert a very high PSI on whatever they're biting. Dogs like Scotties that were bred to be "varmint dogs" also have strong jaws and can do a lot of damage.
But IMHO, the most aggressive dog "breed" is the one that has been poorly trained, badly-socialized, and allowed to do whatever it wants. Seen in that light, Chihuahuas can be just as aggressive as German shepherds -- if not more so.
A smaller dog may not do as much damage, but if their owners think that their aggressive behavior is "cute," then they're allowed to get away with things that would brand a larger dog as "vicious" and "dangerous."

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7KH
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

there are none.
But any dog can be mistreated and turned vicious.
Pitbulls have been the latest breed of choice, but that might be only because select people used their strength and jaws to their own ends.. then were forced to let them go... they went to pounds then they turned on their new masters because they didn't know the dogs history of 'abuse'. Any dog is sweet... just like any child can be sweet or vicious.

Dogs should not be vicious if they are trained properly and shown alot of love. They should never be teased and extra care taken in hot weather as like humans hot weather can make you irritable. I always told any children making a fuss of my dogs to never put their faces near them just in case one did snap, to be on the safe side. Dogs that have been trained to be vicious ie. guard dogs should never be allowed near children.

Why? do you want to fight them? A dog is only vicious if it's mistreated. I hate sorry *** mother ******* who get off fighting innocent dogs.
I suggest you NEVER get a dog if you are so interested in vicious ones.
