I tend to believe in actions. You could say just about anything you want at any time , But you can not keep acting different for very long. You will soon go back to how you are used to acting. It is who you are!

As they say, "The proof is in the pudding". Ones actions speak louder than words. Look at political races. They promise anything and once in office they deliver on very few of those promises. Once confronted then they "spin" their reasons for not delivering. I most always wait to see if the actions promised has actually been delivered.

Actions speak louder then words. But I think it takes both to really got the clear picture. Its hard to tell from just one of them.

most people listen then act
in other words unless you really focus on someone when they talk to you (which is rare) you'll believe them if it falls into certain parameters of logic and experience
we all know the adage-actions speak louder than words
but use it as a reference mostly in hindsight

well it dependes on how much you know that person if you know that person and well I will say both will work but if i don't I would want to see it in action or work
