Was in court friday for a guy facing 10 - 40 years for delivery of Meth and MJ. For some reason instead of acting repentant he came off like a total butthead. Judge maxed him, he had been looking at diverting him to a drug court (max 180 days and rehab at state expense) cause it was a first offense. Now this idiot has to do 75% of his sentence before he can even see daylight.
Why don't you crims just shut up, look sad and hope for mercy?

Because thay usualy don't know the dangerous of criminal buissnis for begining.But later thay sow that everithyng past ok so thay doit again and again , simple all time, and when thay got chatched by police thay be few years in jail .When they come out thay start again with criminals job and most of time thay are killed or thay are die of drogs or alcohol.The most criminalas operations do poor people who didn't inportante that he will be seen or not.And for homles is better slip in jail that on street.

why do you (normal) citizens ask stupid questions?? Check it out , do you realize just how ignorant you sound?How are you going to put such a label on criminals? There is some decency in all of us.
This is all he knew. He knew he would go right back to crime as soon as he got out. He wanted to be stopped, and this is the only way he knew how. Maybe not even consciously.
Then again, maybe he was just stupid...

They think it is a macho thing. I was in court once and the guy told the judge that God made him steal his ex-wife's car. Even the judge had to laugh at that one. The guy was trying for total mental disability.
