You need to dance daily my friend to your favorite music! Dance for God and let your energy out to the universe,....you have pent up energy that is meant for worshiping our Father in Heaven. You will find true contentment and peace when you commune with the Father.

Do you know Jesus as your savior? if not please ask him to live in you and transform your life,....he has left the Holy Spirit here on this earth for us to utilize ,....for comfort, love,.....& guidance,....you only need to ask.

God bless you and may many blessings of peacefulness come your way!

Hang in there. Help is coming soon. Just a couple more weeks. You need to find a mantra until then. Something to say to yourself that calms you down. In other words, go to your quiet peaceful place in your mind. Here's an exercise you can do. Go to your room and lie down. Imagine a place in your mind that makes you feel peaceful. Then tense and relax each of your muscles. Start with tensing your fist, then relax it. Then tense your arm, then relax it. Then tense your leg on the same side, and relax it. Then tense your other leg, and so on. By the time you're done, you'll feel more relaxed. All the time, think of this relaxing place. Do this regularly like exercise. And then whenever you're at a place where you start to feel panicky and paranoid, go to your quiet place in your mind.

If this doesn't help, and you feel like you have to hurt someone. Go to the hospital emergency room and explain it to someone. Tell them everything you've said here. I guarantee you'll get some mental help a lot sooner.

Make sure you keep your appt. Seeing a phsyciatrist/psychologist WILL help. If you need help before then, try looking in your local phone book for counseling. Some areas offer hotlines. Or contact your physician. If you are in need of immediate help, such as you feel you are a threat to yourself or someone else, go the the EMERGENCY room. You will get the assistance you need there.

This sound like Post Traumatic Stess or Borderline Personality Disorder. A psychiatrist will be able to help you find the source of your anger and paranoia. I was once very much like you. It takes time and patience to heal. Try not to push away people who want to help you.

Wow Babe, First off they probably are LOOKING at you. If you rant like this out loud is it really a wonder why? The fact that you are aware that this is interfering with your mental health is encouraging. Don't miss that appointment in Oct. in the mean while there are helplines to call. just call any mental health facility and ask them for some #s then call when you feel this helpless someone will talk you to the next mood which I hope is a better place for you.

Talk to your physician. Perhaps it is anxiety, depression, anything, but there is help.
