why do you think juices are so much lower in fiber than their whole food counterparts?
what type of fiber is predominant in juice?( the main constituent of juice is water)?

I think is cause the juice dosent have the skin && the skin is mostly all the fiber fruits have

with the juice its all u get , if u sgueeze one orange and cut out the pulp sacks etc that the juice was in then maybe u will get the fiber , but that readily happens , as when u eat an orange u eat the white pulp sacks etc thus the fiber now if u purchace juice with the pulp u may get a lil fiber but at the plant where the juice is prepared etc u will not get eguall amont of pulp like u would eating a intier orange , hence the oranges are put in a machine for seeding the seeds are strained out thus leaving some pulp behind
