Do you mean you CAN'T sleep?

If you can't sleep, try cutting down your tea, coffee and chocolate during the day, and have none at all for about 4 hours before you go to bed.

Try to stop all activity for the day at least a couple of hours before you go to bed - allow a little "winding down" time... just veg and do nothing.

Make sure you eat well during the day, so that you're body is not nagging you for sustenance.

Try and get some exercise during the day so you're physically tired by evening.

Practice a relaxation technique. Sleeplessness is often due to not being able to "switch off" at night - thinking and worrying about things. You need to train yourself to empty your mind.

A warm bath and a good book can help too.
