exactly, they have no rights to come and steal our towns. its just pathetic and nobody likes them.--i just knew people would throw out the native american argument...well if you're so against what happened to their land why would you support something like that again? no answer for that one. also, america got this land fair and square from mexico and to deny that is completely ignorant.

The problem with illegal immigration is that it leads to a whole world of problems and other illegal activities.
The reason these folks just south of our border think they can reclaim parts or all of the USA is that there are TOO MANY of the them here all of a sudden. That's why it can be truley called an invasion ...as in being overtaken by another country, culture or people. While we have been busy dropping bombs on the terrorist in the middle east; we have been invaded mostly by those who live just over our sourthern border.
While the cat's away, the mice will play.
If there were not as many illegals here now, they wouldn't have the nerve to make remarks about "repatriating" their lands.
Our American government had better wake up and take action here in this country, or we will become the United States of Mexico shortly.
Round up the illegals and send em' home. Slowly but surely and close the border, get a work program goig that allows only workers and not worker families and things should turn around.

If some think it is a God Given Right they would be wrong. God himself assigned boundaries to his people for protection-so it is not Man made as some thought. He also made boundaries to Cain if some want to read the book. And boundaries continued on for protection.
Maybe some think that--not all. Some just want the same freedoms we have. Yet fight the laws that gave us those freedoms. Or abuse and twist them for their purposes.
What they need to do is work on the problems that have been caused by a mass coming in an illegal and not orderly way. Or fix there own-either way.
Boundaries are a good thing in this world. A benefit and protection.

Well, for one, they were in the state (Texas) where I live before there was a United States (we were the "undesirables" they wanted "out"). For another, they take jobs at wages and safety conditions that American workers won't take. Finally, no one leaves their family and comes here to be part of a permanent underclass unless "here" is better than the starving.
If you think "they" drag us down, why don't "you" stop eating meat from Tysons or Hormel (most of the processing plants used undocumented illegals) or produce (virtually all agriculture is supported by immigrant labor), going to fast food restaurants, end most of the new construction in the US, etc. until the companies agree to pay a wage that a native born American like yourself will take?

I doubt they think they have a god-given right to America. I mean, if you couldn't get a job in the U.S wouldn't you try to go somewhere else to get a job? That's all the mexicans are doing. Plus, if anything mexicans are helping our country. They're the ones who are willing to do the jobs that nobody else wants to do. I mean seriously, if you really kicked out all of the illegal mexicans, are you gonna go and start doing the jobs they used to do? I doubt you would.

The very reason we are prosperous is BECAUSE of these immigrants. There are more opportunities here than in Mexico, maybe if you tried living there for a few years like most of these people have been you'd be begging to get your *** back here.
The bottom line is opportunity, it's not that they want to turn the US into another Mexico. And I wonder if all these other thousands of immigrants that arrive on our shores daily think it's there god-given right...?
Of course, not to mention all these companies who hiring these guys. It obviously has nothing to do with them.

You have to blame the American Companies and industries that hire illegals. They make the illegals think that they can do whatever they want, and in most cases they do, with disregard to our laws and regulations. They do not think that citizenship is a big deal. That is why the U.S. government has to come down hard on them. Maybe then they will understand that once they become legal, then they can protest.

I have heard that a lot of Mexicans are calling themselves the Spanish Conquerers. That's why there are so many in Texas, New Mexico, and California (which is actually why Mexican minority is becoming or is the majority in those states and others). They are wanting to reclaim what Americans took from them (Remember the Alamo?). They feel that it IS their God given right to have some of America.
