Well, I'd start by throwing away the looks and decide by how well they treat you and which one is more fitted for your personality. If you're flirting with both, then chances are, neither will go out with you anyways. I'm sorry, but you sound really shallow because of the info you gave for people to pick for you.

Maybe you should sit back and wait and let one of the earn you. They'll never respect you unless that can earn you. You also need to be sure of your feelings before you go into a relationship, or you may be tempted to cheat. That would be horrible, not only for them, but for you too...
