Oh have got this one nailed! Some things I have found that pack on the pounds are...
Beer and Jack Daniels.
Pizza
Carry out and Fast food ( particularly andthing that includes fries)
Eating late at night after drinking lots of beer and JD is really good for packing on the pounds. Plus if you are hung over in the morning a quick trip to the drive thru is just what the doctor ordered. ( more empty calories) This has been my experience, a doctor might have some more helpful and healthy methods for you.

You probably want to build muscle mass instead of adding fat. If this is the case, you need to combine a high protein diet with exercise. I'd recommend heavier weights with lower repititions to build bulk. A high protein diet will help build mass and help your muscles recover after workouts.
If you're new to the gym, consult a personal trainer for advice on how to use the weights and machines. Finding the right balance between pushing yourself and injuring yourself can be difficult if you're inexperienced, so it's important to have help near by.

Definitely eat, and start a program to build muscle mass. You might want to use some of the energy/protein drinks.

Get a bunch of Godiva chocolates, popcorn, ice cream, go to Blockbuster and get really good movies (e.g. King Kong) and enjoy!

well a malt milkshake & small multivitiman each day works great.drinking hopps based beverages in mass quanities on the weekends does a body good!

you should eat a lot of pizza or cheeseburgers.or eat 40 snickers bars,cause I gained 15 pounds of that,so I am 5 pounds overweight.
