Whenever I wake up my underwear is always riding up my bum. Why is this?
Is it because they are too tight, but 'saggy' in the back? What would you do/say if you were here?

they are the wrong size. they must fit properly around the waist and legs.

you probably scratch ur butt on top of the underwear and u forget to take out the wedgie and go back to sleep so wen u wake up u still have it.
