Hydrate!
Drink some water, and just rest your eyes for about 5 minutes.
Also - excercise.....
Caffeine and sugar will help for a little bit, but you'll feel even more tired when they wear off.

keep going without thinking that you are tired as pchycologically it will stress u out more. keep faith dont lose hope and things would be accomplished far before time and after that its time for relaxation.

Drink ice water and do some jumping jacks... Or turn on some techno and just jump. It'll get your heart going and then you'll want to go do something else.
