i have not option to change my name in the"administrator"but i can able to create new account

b/c that's right. You CANNOT change the administrator account. It is the master account of the computer. If you want to make an account with your name. Then you have to create one with administrator priveleges. If you're using windows XP, the administrator account will not show up after you make another account.

"Administrator" is a built in account to ensure that one Admin acount always remains - it cannot be renamed.
Create a new account for yourself as an administrator and remember to password protect the built in one; but don't worry it will be hidden on the welcome screen unless there are no other admin accounts
