I would have to say 5'9 and 130 because that's my height and I only weigh 13 pounds more than 130, and especially if I had a smaller frame (I have a large frame) it would be okay.

I happen to be 5'3" and around 180 and I am very healthy. My blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels are well within the healthy range. My job also happens to be very physical. Do I wish to be taller? Yes. Do I wish to be a little thinner? Yes! But if I had to pick just one I'll go with the 5'2" and 170 as long as I can keep my current health. Just because someone in thinner does not necessarily mean they are healthier.

five nine and 130. I mean, it seems really unhealthy but it's better in a way for your self-esteem. Hey, one could be a model with that height and weight!

5'9 and 130.... then I could be a rich supermodel living it up in London with some celebrity boyfriend and bossing people around like Janice Dickenson "Where's my f***in latte???" LOL
... instead I am 5'0 and 110 (prepregnancy... currently 8 months pregnant and 140...)

Either one doesn't really matter what my outward appearance is .... Neither my height nor weight determines my happiness.. My attitude and outlook are more important than any physical attribute..
