Your complaints are real. Therefore, seek medical attention. Don't try to self diagnose or self medicate, because if you were capable then you would not need our suggestions. There could be a number of reasons your body is sending you strange signals. To be sure, seek medical advice.

Migraines. If you get a migraine it presses and temporarily messes up your scenes. I had one the other day that I had to go to the hospital for because i couldn't feel my hand and I couldn't see out of an eye. I didn't know that it was a migraine until I was at the doctors. Migraines are the cause of stress and lack of sleep. If you have a migraine it will only be bothering you one one side. for me it was my left, but that can change.

Try this link: http://www.webmd.com/diseases_and_conditions/symptom_checker.htm
It is a symptom checker, all you do is select what gender you are, click on the area that is bothering you, and you will get information on what the problem could be and if this is serious enough to seek immediate attention, attention soon, or treat at home.

could be migraine. This comes in different symptoms to different people. I had headaches between temples sickness and black spots in my vision. Used to last several days at a time.
If in doubt see Doctor.

I don't want to scare you but you need to see a neurogist now, you could have migraines or a tumor in your brain.

Perhaps you need to go to an optometrist and get a vision exam.
