Know of a "find a babysitter" website that is free? No fees?

You should go to your local red cross. I know it isn't a website but they do babysitter training classes for people who are interested and then the babysitters hire from there. This way you know they are qualified. They are taught CPR, the Heimlich maneuver, different discipline techniques (no spanking) and basic hygiene for children. They really work great. When I was twelve I did this.

The best ones are all paid. But it's worth it.
