You need to find your motivating factor- the thing that will create the desire within you to achieve your goal.

My favorite motivation is buying a really cute outfit a one or two sizes too small and hang it up behind my door. So every time I wake up and see it, I go to the gym because I really want to wear it. Plus, having a gym buddy who works out with you helps because you can motivate each other, try someone on you softball team.

I physically schedule appointments with myself and keep an exercise journal this way I can schedule out time to go...this way I can't use the excuse "I don't have time to work out today." If I miss my appointment I write down why I missed it. Also...in the past I would put X's on a calender each day I go to the gym. If I haven't marked an X for 2 days...I get my act in gear and work out!

Stand naked in front of your mirror. Turn around and squeeze your buns together. If you see any cellilite dimples go to the gym. It works for me every time!

Try going with a friend it helps you stay in the gym.

This depends on how totally you want it! Do you really want it? Getting fit requires a commitment! Good Luck :)
