Remember that the Prophet's family for generations was among the Haneef, or monotheists without laws. They followed the laws of Abraham. Although common Arabs had fallen into polytheism and many in the family of the Prophet were affected by it, it is also well established that those who came before the Prophet and followed the path of Abraham by believing in the one God Allah or AL-ILAH, who the common Arabs later changed into something he was not.
Just as Paul and Peter modified the God of Jesus and turned him into a son making god, the Arabs made Allah to have daughters. However, the honafa or the haneefs did not believe in polytheism.
Until the Prophet came, and the people were not guided by someone to strictly follow monotheism, the Arabs did not have a law to follow per se, as Moses and Jesus both came to guide the Jewish people, not others.
I hope this answers your question.

They would be treated the same as everyone else who lived prior to the Holy Prophets (PBUH) revelation. Provided they believed 100%.

We don't really know a lot about Mohammed's(saw) parents. However, muslims know the nature of Mohammed(saw) was the most kind and loving of any man. Insha Allah, his parents are in heaven at his request, and Allah gives our Prophet anything he requests. Assalamoalakum.

The answer is that alligators do tail spins while driving caterpillars. Monkeys eat Hagendass with their flaslights, and turtles meditate in infinite wisdom and love while using nunchuku for fish bait.
Thanks for the clarity of the question, I can dig it. :)

If they heard The Story of Salvation, that Jesus is THE GOD and accepted then they are in Heaven.
If they knew nothing of Jesus being THE GOD... they are in Heaven.
If they heard the Story of Salvation = That Jesus in THE GOD and they rejected -- they will be in HELL.
