Grabiel, I don't believe in an afterlife. I believe that when we die, that's it. There is nothing more. This is the only life we have, and so we have to do all that we can to make it a meaningful one for ourselves and for those we love.

First of all God told Adam the when he died he would go back in the earth where he was formed from. There is no after life. That is a pagan belief brought into the Holy Roman Catholic church in the third century and all of your so-called christian's today have sprang from their mother the Catholic church.
Whenwe die the Bible says that we are unconcious of nothing.Jesus said that they were asleep in death.{ Ecclesiastes 9:5} When Jesus raised the little girl He told the mother that she was only sleeping and the mother did not believe Him and got mad at Jesus. Also take a look at 1 thessalonians4:13.
There are many more examples. I hope I answered your question

You go where Jesus went, to hell. Of course, there is no words in the oldest scrolls that translates as hell or hell fire, so I guess we will just have to stick with the grave. Christ could do nothing while dead, not even visit the fallen angels to declare God's final judgment on them. He had to wait until he was resurrected. So, what happens when you die? You lay or sleep in the grave, until the first or second resurrection.

In the time of Christ, it was demonstrated that there was two forms of resurrections. Lazarus was resurrected back to a human, whereas Jesus was raised as a spirit being, after his body was destroyed to fulfill the covenant of the sacrificial lamb.

The first resurrection, of those born again, began with the fulfillment of the signs of the second presence (not coming) of Christ. These ones go to heaven to serve as overseers.

The second resurrection, spoke about in Revelations, is for everyone else. This takes place after Armageddon. Everyone is resurrected to either everlasting life on earth, or to a declaration of judgment, at which point they will cease to exist, forever, even in the minds of the living. Those resurrected will be joining those who come through Armageddon in spending 1000 years tearing down everything left from the old system and rebuilding earth back into a paradise.

These resurrected ones will not marry or be given in marriage, so no sex. What happens to them after the 1000 years is up and Satan is released for one final temptation of humanity, before being totally destroyed, is not stated in the Bible. Perhaps they will be sent off to colonize some of the other planets in the Universe.

Man this question pops up a lot. :-P

Your existence is everything that there is.
Nothing can exist beyond everything.

This is far from a dark idea as some would suggest.
In fact, it makes your actions in life so incredibly valuable.

Make the lives of others better.
Understand yourself.

Hey.. That might actually be "the kingdom of heaven"
Whoa!!! AND WE CAN ALL HAVE IT!!!!

Earthly death is similar to Earthly birth. When we die on Earth we are reborn elsewhere.

It is as if we leave the womb and enter another world.

Seems simple enough.

A baby would not be able to fathom what Earthly life is because the womb is all it knows.

People are not able to fathom what the next world is as well.

Jesus said Lazarus was sleeping, and at the second coming the dead in Christ will rise first. The bible says in the beginning God breathed into mans nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul. When we die our breath goes back to God, but that doesn't mean we go to heaven. If I believed we go to heaven that would make God cruel to send us back down to rise first at the second coming.

I believe there is a Heaven. Because how could we just end life in a blink of an eye. Just lying underground rotting? that doesn't make sense. I believe we will meet up with the loved ones that we have lost.

I can only speak for my own beliefs.

I believe that I will be escorted through the underworld (Duat) by Bast and Anubis, my heart will then be weighed against the feather of Ma'at (figuratively), and this will determine whether I move on to be with the Gods/ddesses, or will have to come back for another incarnation of life on earth.

Every one can know what happens after he die,by studding all his life and what he did before dieing. His straight life , and his nice doing will support him to stay in the place which many people live without their alive bodies.

I really have no idea, and I think it's arrogant and presumptuous of aynyone who insists they know the answer. Yes, they may believe, and yes they are entitled to their opinion, but until they actually die and go through it, there's no way they can KNOW.
I know your question was 'what do you believe', not "who knows", but I just felt the need to clarify between bleiving and knowing.
Thank you, please drive through :)
