Continental has 'seasonal' service from Gatwick to Cleveland direct. Call them and check on the dates - typically its a warmer weather schedule - which means the next flight likely isn't until April/May/June.

Service is on a 757 and it does cut out travel times significantly if Cleveland is your destination.

YES. Not sure exactly how good an agency "Intrigue Travel" is but Continental fly direct from Gatwick to Cleveland every Sunday at 11:55 and arrive Cleveland at 15:20 local time. The journey takes 8:25hrs.

Interesting! I know it has been a while (3 years to be exact) But I flew from Gatwick to Cleveland on Continental Airlines...probably one of the more pleasant flights I had ever been on!

Not a chance!!!...you'd have to transfer via either JFK or LaGuardia(NYC) then on to Cleveland...regardless of whether you're traveling on Ireland's RyanAir or AerLingus, or British Airways...

I doubt it.
I'm sure there are people from Cleveland who would like to go to London, however, I doubt anyone in London would want to go to Cleveland.... Therefore probably not viable.
