i have an autistic son who's 4. i just want to hear from any autistic teens or adults and what their life is like. what activities you enjoy, do you work, etc. how is your social life. are you happy?

You must be assuming they are not very autistic or they would not be able to reply to your post. I have a brother who is autisitic. He used to work at a place for handicapped people, but he was the only autistic person there. They did not know how to handle people with autism, so they finally kicked him out. He understands perhaps 20 words and he can spell his name. He likes listening to music and he enjoys colored lights. He cannot have a social life or drive a car. He can feed, bathe, and dress himself and he is potty-trained. He does help my mom by hanging out the laundry, bringing it in, and putting it away.

My uncle has a kid with Aspergers syndome which is along the autistic spectrum. Were pretty sure hes going to be a serial killer and rapist when he grows up.
