Seems like you should be more assured of the Bible's translation because we all have access to the original language (and manuscripts, if we want to travel). I have a Greek New Testament. That is more reliable than a TV news translation of Greek speakers. No?

why would anyone accept the news about the world from our sources? is what you see on the networks news factual? a friend of mine was in Iraq working with the conveys and upon return to USA watched the news and how they make you think that all that happens over there is bombings every inch of the way. not true. they only show us what they want us to think is happening and can manipulate the public through the media. please get your news from a reliable source who doesn't have an ulterior motive behind it.

Well I personally do think people worry about the translations in the news and on TV. "Lost in translation". It does happen and meaning is misconstrued, concepts altered, lessons lost. It is not paranoia but informed reality and that is what it is about.
