You're one of the lucky ones! Some women go to term without knowing they're pregnant! Still, if there are any worries, go for a checkup (as you should anyway). If you already ARE going, they'd notice if there were something wrong w/the baby (like heartbeat, ultrasound abnormalities).
If the cramps and spotting continue, tho', you should definitely get that checked out.

At 6 weeks you dont feel anything. (except for the mild cramps that you mentioned) You wont feel anything till you are at least 18-20 weeks. then you may feel a bit of a flutter. You still might not be showing yet. I am due today with my second and sometime still forget that I am. I have narrow double doors that lead to the kitchen from the living room. Normally I only need to open one of the doors to get through, and the other day I did not fit. I had a good laugh and remembered that I now need both open to fit.

don't get scared cause you aren't feeling anything you're only 6 weeks thats way to early to be feeling any kind of movements or anything usually around your fourth month you'll start to feel something so don't worry and when i was real early in my pregnancy i had real bad period like cramps and it came like every 5 mins and now that i'm further along i don't get those anymore i'm 15 weeks and as long as you don't see any spotting or heavy bleeding you'll be fine but you do need to rest as much as you can when your this early good luck

Lucky you! Remeber the embrio is about the size of a pea. The cramps is just your body getting ready for it. Its only 4 weeks since you had nookie so think of it like that. Things will take shpe very soon then you will notice it.

Be glad you're not puking. Some women don't even know they're pregnant for most of the pregnancy (usually near menopause, when it isn't shocking to go months without getting a period).

I have had 4 kids
I actually never felt the "normal" symotoms everybody else say they experienced other than getting bigger and genral stuff. You are lucky not to have morning sickness and any of the other annoying symptoms that can occur!
Good Luck and God Bless you and your baby!!!!

I have never experienced light period during my pregnancies. But with you being only 6 weeks I think you still have a couple of more weeks before you feel any movements from the baby. Don't Worry!!!!

Consider yourself one of the lucky ones. Most women are already experiencing morning sickness by now.

When I was pregnant with my first, for the first 2 months, I had no symptoms other than being fatigued easily. The cramping could be your uterus stretching slowly since it needs to accomodate the fetus size as it grows.
