Basically, they will examine every part of you. They will measure your height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose and they will take some blood as well for other purposes (metabolic panel and the like) Depending on your age, they will also check your heart (as in an ECG... takes only a moment). Depending as well, they may do an exam of the genital area to make sure that all is well there too. They will also check your reflexes. It's just that your body has 12 systems, and they're supposed to check them all to make sure that there are no problems, and if problems do exist, that they'll know where to refer you.

I steer clear of checkups, even if they are required by my school. If I wanted to have my johnson and my balls manhandled, I would go to a church

Check weight, height, blood pressure, breath sounds (checking for any sounds meaning problems) and basic reflexes. Not too much.

age, sex and any troubles ?
but they do height and weight, normally some blood work ( how much depends on age and sex)
The doctor will ask you questions about your health, and check eyes, ears, nose, reflexes and the like.
