Muhammad, as we know was a robber, a rapist and a murderer and incited his followers to do the same. To top it all off, he raped a 9 year old girl and rewrote history books to make it seem like he didn't.

It has to do with a saying they have: "peace be upon him".
I say it is a symptom of the obsessive compulsive practices that Islam teaches.
It becomes a habit rather than a sign of profound reverence.
If you look at the article below you will see what I mean.
It seems interesting how a religion of peace becomes living a life of pieces, repetitive (compulsive) ones at that.

By the same literal and one-sided interpretation you use against Muhammed, one could if they wished make the points that Mary was an adulteress and Jesus was a schizophrenic heretic with a God-complex who incited his cultish followers to commit heresy.
On the other hand if you actually READ both the Bible and the Koran with the point of view that you reading about the life of an actual prophet or messiah, all of these seemingly unpleasant facts take on a different light, don't they. Of course that would require that you be unbiased, so forget it.

It is said after all the names of the prophets.------it means peace be unto him. It is honoring the prophet, from Abraham to Jesus, and all in between.
And. if there is a pig among us-------it is you. I am not a Muslim, but, I do have respect for people, which only dumb Christians do not have.

It's a superstition. People follow him because they don't know any better. Just like people follow Christianity even though Christians killed many innocent people..

who knows. they have lots of diffrent beleafs like dogs are devils, they don;t even have to get their kids shots ; like polio ect... it;s against their religian, they can catch deseases and bring it to our schools;and make our kids sick. i don;t think they belive in deoderant;or showerseither. they drive cabs and at the airport;people complained that either bath or don;t pick up people at airports ant more. i;ve been in their orange cabs and it;s rank.. now i take the bus; so i don;t get sick anymore going to work
