As for the birthday present, buy a bottle of pink chanpagne, and bring two wine glasses, and some evening when the sun starts to set, and you see bright colors appearing across the sky, call him,and say we've got to go somewhere right now. Then take him to a secluded scenic spot where you can see the sunset ,put out a blanket and then take out the wine glasses and pour the champagne and say , "This sunset, is my birthday present to you, it's beauty reminds me of the beauty you have brought into my life, and I want to make a toast and thank God for the day you were born, or I wouldn't have you with me right here, right now, in my life and in my heart. And then sip the champagne and give him a kiss. and hold each other while you watch the sun set.
As for Christmas, if you're where there is snow. Ask around until you find someone you know, who owns a camp or cottage that has a woodstove or fireplace, and ask them if they would let you use it just for the night before christmas, tell them it's a Christmas present for your fiance' and that you'll consider it your wedding present from them when the time comes. If the road to the cottage needs to be plowed or you need to rent snowmobiles have it prepared in advance. Sneak and get a change of clothes for him,and bring sleeping bags to open up in front of the fire, some fruit and bread and cheese and crackers for a light breakfast the next day. A week before,Tell him on Christmas Eve that he's going with you to pick up his present. After going out to eat, take him to the cottage and go inside and get the fireplace or woodstove going, and some lanterns or candles lit around the room and then have him close his eyes and lead him into the cottage and then tell him to open his eyes. Merry Christmas baby, I give you this special Christmas Eve, to look back upon with love, on every Christmas Eve that we share together as husband and wife. Just you and me,and the warmth of the fire and our love.
