Day to day life and temptation are makes someone turn to a life of sin. Being a Christian is the hardest thing to do and it is impossible to do it without sinning. As Christians, we have one very important thing in our favor--GOD. God is always there for us and has a very forgiving heart. He will always forgive our sin.

1 temtation
2 mattters out of their control
and 3 and this is most importatnt .....there are various religions that have very very srict ideas about sin.some of the things we do every single day are considered sin from minor things like picking up money on the street and keeping it. good ppl do that. are they sinners? also gays and lesbians. are they all automatically sinners because they are gay? they are still good ppl. also if sex before marrige is a sin then i would go to hell for all eternity. am i a sinner for that? even though i want to be a social worker and help ppl the whole time and try to be a good person? think about what sin means in the terms of the real word not books that were written by ppl yrs ago who would not understand todays society.

considering what sins actually are, nobody can avoid them. Sloth is laziness--everybody has been lazy once in their lives. Gluttony is a sin and I live in the fattest country on the planet. Envy is a sin. Coveting(wanting something someone else has) is a sin. anger and pride are sins--aren't we supposed to take pride in our work? Also a sin is a sin in thought word or deed, so if you even think of a sin, you have already committed it in the eyes of the lord. Want to quit sinning? Good luck with that! Lying and becoming a hypocrite is what you'll actually wind up doing

Good people do not sin they simply make choices that may or may not be good choices for them, religious people are the worst sinners because they are forced to sin in order to be saved, so if you really have a need to be saved go out and sin then the clerics will be able to help you get saved, saved from what is any body's guess.

You're assuming there are "good" people. According to the Bible, all are born into sin. Meaning every person has a sin nature and therefore, the ability to sin. God can and does change that nature in people. But even so, because we all have "free will", many (no, all) people still sin. But what people do doesn't make them bad people.

Life on earth after Adam and Eve was banned from the Garden of Eden. God granted all of us the freedom of choice. Some make good choices and some make bad. THANK GOD, we are given the opportunity to turn around and undo our mistakes. Some times we can help others through a bad situation by sharing with them our own past experiences of bad choices.

Sin tends to be defined around constructing various means of controlling our physicality using rationality. Thus, sex is sin because it can wreak havoc on a society and suspends our judgmental capabilities. People steal to get stuff that will advance their material prospects etc.
Because we're beings made out of flesh and blood (even our thoughts are the results of physical biochemical reactions), all these rules that ask us to deny the mud we're made of--while perhaps worthwhile--usually prove to be devilishly difficult to follow.

The Bible is clear on what makes people sin..
1. They are born with a sin nature
2. Mans heart is desperately wicked
3. Their own choices
4. We (Christians) constantly war against spiritual and flesh

All people are good to some extent. Sin is a concept invented by the church to control people-as is hell. Your morality is up to you.

it's our innate ability to be evil. if you are into that sort of religion where one bases things like cussing as a sin, then no matter how good you are, YOU ARE STILL BAD, because it's in our...programming.
it also depends on your def. of sin.
