If thinness came in a pill then everyone would be slim. Eating right and exercise is the only way to lose weight. Besides, the initial weight loss that may occur from a diet pill comes right back and then some the minute you go off of it! You can't stay on phentermine forever, you will cause severe heart damage....and have you ever seen what happent to patients who stop taking phentermine? Fatter than ever because their metabolisms virtually stop.

Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

what are people so fasinated with diet pills ? its such a lame excuse to not exercise, this pills do not work as such they claim in print ads, if you read the fine prints. it will say results vary from each person. do you know what that means? those guys/girls are into intenste training and proper nutrituion before they can get a body like that in the advertisment and not just by popping pills.
if you really really need to pop those diet pills. try getting natural products such as starch blocker or fat blocker.

If you're taking drugs already I suppose to carry on taking whatever suppresses your appetite the most would do it - as long as you can put up with the side effects and health risks - and know that when you stop and your appetite returns it'll all go back on again.
If you really want to weigh less, you've got to burn off more than you eat. When you get to a weight you like and want to stay at you have to burn off the same as you eat.

I've only tried Phentermine. It's a prescription, and it works well for about a month. If you can lose a lot a weight in one month, go for it. It's real gradual after that. I'm still losing...but not near as quickly.
