my shoulder blades are really prominent. at first i thought it might be because i was too thin. but i've been eating fast food for the last two years and now i'm actually overweight!! but the shoulder-blades are still very prominent! (and now they're even worse because there's fat over them)
is there anything i can do???

Usually caused by weak posterior muscles and tight anterior muscles. See a good PT or therapist to show how to stretch your pecs, internal rotator cuff muscles and deltoids. In doing that, you'll then have to strengthen the rhomboids, external rotator cuffs and deltoids.

get a life and worry about something important.

Chances are you don't have rickets but are over concerned about superficial garbage.
