just stop taking blades to your skin!!!!!!
You need to find a new HEALTHY way to deal with stress.. go for a run.. write... ask a friend.family for support.

Try goiong to a therapist, or you could put rubberbands on your wrists, and whenever you have the feeling to cut, just pull on one of the rubberbands. Its like flicking your self with a rubberband. Do this every time you have the feeling, or until you see a physcologist or therapist.

Find something to do that gives you a sense of accoplishment like a sport or club at school. Or join a local Gym and channel your energy into that. Or gymnastic's or dancing.

Yes, I agree. Please seek professional help. You have to start there. If you feel like hurting yourself, call someone to help you keep your mind off of doing it. Remember how you are mutilating your body and your body is the body of Christ. I will be praying for you.

2 words....GET HELP!!! I have heard of people getting locked up (not the criminal way, the crazay way), because of cutting. seek professional help, and 4 the love of god, TELL SOMEONE!!! That is the first step to curing it. maybe it's OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), or depression. Tell your doctor, your best friend, or your parent/s. Please help yourself.

pick a hobby and hang with friends or family memebers... avoid being alone.and if you feel like you want to cut do something to keep yourself busy.
