Bone spurs can be cured over time. The name is misleading as the bone is not involved but the ligament is torn and protruding.

The main symptom is if when you get up in the morning it is very painful when you begin to walk and then seems better as you walk more. Then by mid-day it begins to hurt once again.

The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor. Beware of anyone here that gives a diagnosis.

Hope you get better soon.

Do you feel like something is poking up the bottom of your foot when you stand up after having been off your feet for a while?
Might be a spur or your balance could be off too. My mom had the same problem. She went to the Good Feet store, I don't know if you have one in your are, she bought the orthotic (like an insole) and she's fine now. It costs about 300-500 depending on the one you buy, but it comes with a lifetime warranty. She's replaced them once already so she actually got two pairs for 150 each. Worth the money I think if you can avoid the surgery.

You need an x-ray to confirm a diagnosis of bone spurs, but it's mostly pain at the site of the spur. Typical treatment is surgery.

It's hard to tell you over the internet. If the pain is localized and is near pin point specific, it sure could be. If the pain has worsened over time, it likely is. However, if you sustained an injury, it could also be a tiny fracture. It's dependent on what you did, the history of the problem, your age, etc.
