Yes. Take your weight, times it by 15. That's probably around how many calories you're eating. Times that by 7. That'll give you how many calories you eat a week. Then subtract 3400, divide by 7, and it'll give you a daily calorie guide that should help you lose around 1 pound per week. OR, I have simply taken my DESIRED weight and multiplied THAT by 15 to get how many calories I'd be eating at that weight to maintain it. 119 lbs. x 15=1785 Calories.
