Wash and dry them. Take off the ends and snap in two if you want. Put them in a freezer bag and freeze. Use within 6 months. Cook as you would fresh green beans

Wash and string (depending on type of green bean) your beans. Bring a pot of water to a boil with a little added salt. Simmer beans for about 3 minutes. Drain water and cool beans. Place in freezer bags and freeze.

Yes you can, prepare the beans by washing and either leave whole or cut if you wish, blanch them very briefly, about 1 min in boiling water. Boil the water first then plunge the beans in and after a minute remove the beans and ideally out them into iced water (or run them under very cold water) until they are cold. This stops the cooking process and brightens their colour. Then drain them well and bag them in freezer bags in convenient amounts or you can open freeze them on baking sheets until they are solid and then bag them if you want free-flow beans.

Yes no problem. I would freeze them as soon as possible so they retain as much nurishment and vitamins as possible. They do not keep for a long time in the freezer. You can cook them from frozen, simply boil for 6 minutes.
