Well c he like skinny gurls and im kind of big. He gives me hugs in the morning or when ever he c's me but i dont noe wut i sould do. Everybody likes my sister. Because she is skinny

If you're that conscious about your weight/size then start doing something about it. Diet, excersize, eat healthy, do whatever is best for you. Until then, be friendly with the guy who likes your sister without seeming desperate and hopeful. It'll be a turn off for him if he finds out youre deeply obsessed with him and he doesn't feel anything for you.
How does your sister feel about him? Does she flirt with him and want to go out with him too? If you're reasonably close with your sister (not much sibling rivalry), you should talk to her about how you feel about him. If she shows no support for you and him, you have a decision to make. You can give up your hopes for this boy, or you can try to bring her down. She's your sister, so you know just about everything about her that would be a turn off. Sure she's skinny, does she have any other traits?
I recommend you watch him and her. Figure out what he likes besides a skinny body and see if you can match that. If he suddenly stops liking her, he'll have you as a friend and you have the potential for much more. Good luck!
